Ms.Vishwa, The property of your husband, whether movable or immovable, shall go to son, daughter, widow and mother of the deceased, if he has died without leaving anu will. And nomination is only to facilitate easy transfer of money from bank to the person who has been named by the account-holder, it does not give any ownership or right on property so rec'd.Tue nominated person is only a custodian of that property.
