Hello Sir You could make such MOU but it doesn't have any value in the eyes of law. The wife could still go for divorce and so on. Although you have a option to file for Restitution of Conjugal rights before the court. So that your wife must come and live with you. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
Dear Sir, You may share all such conditions on your behalf and discuss with local lawyer and get such MoU drafted and send to your wife for putting her conditions if any. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
Such agreements are only to fool and scare the other party. They have no value. you can take signature of all possible relatives, family tree leaves then also it wont get any value. The agreement have to be made in court then it will hold value. You have to file RCR case and then make agreement in court in RCR case. This is easiest solution. No other family member signature is required and have no value.
Dear Sanket This would not work during divorce proceedings in future if arises, because the marital relationship, in Hindu law, is not based upon a contract like a Muslim relationship. It is better to initiate some action like to file an application for restitution of conjugal rights in the court means an attempt to bring your wife back in your matrimonial home with the aid of the court if you want to save your marital relationship. The MOU can't save you from paying maintenance to your wife if she seeks the same by filing a maintenance petition except for a settlement agreement between you and your wife in future.
