My Father is 3 brothers no sisters now our father is of opinion to transfer all his rights to our mother for which we have no objection Aldo my father and all his brothers are not in the mood to do family partition please suggest what to do in this case our place of property are Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh

if you all together have no objection for transfer of your father,s property to your mother your father could make a gift deed in favour of your mother and transfer his property in favour of your mother and could be registered before the sub registrar office of state where the property is situated.
