Family Partition - Brother And Sister

I am from TN 1) My Father and my Mother have written a partition in paper to my brother and myself(Elder - Sister). Father passed away by 2013. Mother is alive. Property is in the MOther's name. Partition paper consists of 1) Jewels 2) Land with house - Property is in Mother's name (This property was sold by a Mutt under 99 year lease by registered agreement in Register office.) They have divided the Jewels and Land between us. Half of the Jewels to my brother and half to me. Property around 4000 sqft with the house to my brother and 3000 sqft empty land to me. All Jewels are with me and property original documents are with my brother. Now my brother is asking to give all the jewels to him and not agreeing to give my land share also. He is threatening I will go to the police that I have stolen all the Jewels. Is there any legal case in the police can be filed on me. Since I am ready to give back his Jewel share and I am asking the land share but he denies, Is FIR possible?
