X a Hindu male having 3 male child and 2 female child. HINDU FAMILY. Partition the property among 3 male child only setting aside females and females never asked for it and never object to it . Number of property divided is = 3. Partition deed was unregistered and was conducted in the year 2008. Among three male child and among wife and Infront of three witnesses. Division of shares :- 1) A (died in the year 2021 during the mutation proceedings). Got 1 property and cash. 2) B Got 2 Property. 3) C (Later died in 2017) Got total cash. X while transferring the property to the B both child A and C started tussle and clash among them. So he raised the partition value and provided A and C with cash. X died in the year 2014 leaving the transfer of one property to the B in his own name. SO , B starter the mutation proceeding in the year 2021 (While proceeding was started A was alive but later died during the proceedings of it.) B got the NOC and Id from all the wife, child of X including
