Family Property Dispute

We have 2 floor building with ground floor being 2 shops and a house on second floor. We settled/distributed property around 10 years ago. And the said property was came into our position. The property was/is my grand mother's name. And my father did no transfer it to his name. A few years later (after property distribution). My father's returned and started fighting with my father & family saying it's his property too as it is his mother's name. It was a routing for him and my father let him run 1 shop so he does not bother us. We have court case going on (filed by him) but now he is trying to enter house (which is occupied by us but we are not living there). The entry of house is from our shop. He frequently try to enter forcefully and upon stopping start fighting with my father & brother. Doesn't let us do any renovation to the shop. And if we try to stop him to enter the house he files false cases that we have beaten him (senior citizen). What are our options.
