We are a family of 4 members including me , my mother , father and younger brother. My age is 30 and i am married , my younger brother age is 27 and not married. my younger brother trying to motivate my parents to make all property in his name. Even my parents have interest to make property on his name. Please help me how i can get a justice for this

if they are hereditary property, they cannot settle to one son.. if self acquired property then it's their wish.. however why they feel so? just spend some time with them and hear opinion..
