    You can lodge complaint with police if police re in your good books otherwise they may register a counter case against you as per the statements of your parents there are several provisions by which you can ask the other party to disclose entire properties of the family.     Mrs. Ash, Yes, you can file complaint under the domestic violence act provisions, but, think thrice before taking any legal action against your parents, after all no parents can go against the interest of their children. Attaining the age of majority doesn't mean losing control to parents over their children. They can act for the welfare of child.
