Forced Marriage And Education Fees Contract

I am pursuing my mbbs in a deemed university. My parents had to sign acknowledgement stating that they are obliged to pay the whole fees in order to complete the course or get a tc.But my parents are abusive since childhood and now they are forcing me to marry without my consent before the completion of my degree.if i file a case against them for a forced marriage will they still be liable to pay the fees according to the agreement that they have signed to the college. i am a 22 yr old female.
