ok.. Someone else consulted for similar issue.. Alright regarding ur issue, u may defend ur rights under Domestic Violence Act.. but practical possibility is doubtful
Dear Madam, It comes under the definition of domestic violence by parents. You may try filing a DV case under the provisions of DV Act and Court will issue specific directions for your further education with financial assistance.
u have consulted earlier.. u r from Pondy.. isn't it?..
No body can force any one for marriage, even parents or guardian can't. As far as your fees part is concerned you talk to them of provide it if they don't then you can approach court under section 125 crpc as you are unmarried and you liability is on parents till you are married or you start earning
legally , you cannot force them to pay your fees. It is also true they cannot force you to marry anyone.
