Habeas Corpus 164 Cr.p.c

I recently filed habeas corpus petition. Ours is a love marriage. She is from Karnataka and I am from Andhra Pradesh. After 10 days of our marriage her parental uncle who is working as a police in Karnataka taken her back without her consent. Court now ordered to have her 164 Cr.p.c statement. But according to Karnataka police, she is in Hyderabad during that 10 days. She has given a statement like that, but actually, she is with me. What happens if she gives a statement in favour to police again, since I have evidences of photos , videos and witnesses.
