Harrasment Under DV ACT

Hi Sir, My brother married to a girl in March 2018 , it was arranged marriage. At the time of marriage she was working at Delhi and my brother was working at Bengaluru for last 15 years as a Manger in college administration. Post marriage she was not ready to come to Bengaluru and leave her job and insisted my brother shits to delhi. Finally she moved to Bengaluru and started searching for new job. Her primary concern was to start a family immediately and questioned by brothers standard of living and low income regularly, she and her family started mentally harassing my brother to move to delhi as she was not getting good job opportunities. Also my brother is animal lover and had a pet dog for 11 years which she was not happy with so she was pressuring my brother to leave the dog and take care of her parents. She was constantly complaining about my brothers financial condition and even refused to take up a job she insisted on working from home only. My parents stays with me in Delhi for last 10 years and once they visited Bengaluru after their marriage in 2018 they were abused by her . Her Brother visited her once in 2018 however her family never came to meet her in 2018 even though she used to be in touch with them regularly over phone and watsapp. She even started working from home as a freelancer with online E-portal company till her delivery in 2019. She used to abuse my parents in front of my brother and was not ready to spend a single day with my family members. She planned a plot with her family and tried to falsely interpret that my family is beating her and due to the same she had a miscarriage in 2018 same however was proven false as confirmed by Doctor in Bengaluru. Finally she gave birth to a baby child in 2019 june and her parents asked my mother to stay with her after delivery which we agreed . My mother and Brother took good care of her and baby for 2 months during which her family visited them after which she came to delhi to meet her parents in Aug 2019 Now after coming to delhi in Aug 2019 she stopped all communication with our family and all of a sudden she filed Domestic Violence case against our whole family ,additionally she claims threat to baby and mother from us and have demanded lump sum amount which we are not able to give. Please suggest what should we do and how we can save our family as my bother has gone in depression and my parents are too old to deal with such harassment. Thanks,
