Asked in Family
Ms. Bhavana The relation of a person, who marries with non Hindu person under special marriage act, is severed with HUF. In simple terms, he/she is not a member of the same family due to change into their status. But, if both the couples are Hindu their relationship with HUF exists not severes. They still be a part of HUF .
we are not given exact information in this case which type of marriage you can do etc
The couple has to opt and follow any of the enactment, they cannot claim benefits from both of them. Therefore, once they opt SMA they cannot be part of HJF.
Proposition will remain the same in this case also. Not a very gainful situation even for the couple. Please give me Rank Five, Follow me after reviewing my Resume and contact me for further discussion and explanation if required.
