Asked in Family
Dear Sir, You can file divorce petition on the ground of adultery and you can get it without any alimony. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.
first of all try to get the proof and file a case for divorce
1. a divorce petition cannot be filed within one year of the marriage, 2. if you want to continue the #matrimonial relationship, then, try to settle the matter amicably with your wife involving elders/relatives/friends etc and start afresh, 3. if not settled sent her to the parental house and file a case of #Restitution of conjugal rights petition in the Court, 4. once you start the litigation she may file/claim: #498a complaint #Domestic Violence case #maintenance, 5. keep a record of her affair with the boyfriend (adultery) 6. adultery is a ground to take divorce and also to neglect the maintenance, 7. try to settle the matter amicably with your wife involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for #Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish, 9. the mutual divorce can be filed after one year of separation,
u can file mutual consent divorce but here the problem is u have not completed 1 yrs of ur marriage so u can not file case for divorce so u have to wait until u completed 1 of ur marriage. thank u
Though you have mentioned the fact Very cleary but it will be very difficult to prove it in Court. Secondly, you cannot go for divorce before the completion of One Year of marriage. It would be better if you manage to settle the matter outside the court and then file a Petition with Mutual Consent to save the honour and dignity of family and grace of your own self. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
