How To Get Rid Of Matrimonial Dispute?

I got married in 2013 and our marriage didn't lasted for more than 9 months. Reason being domestic violence and dowry.I filed a case of 125 in my hometown and then after one and half years of separation he filed a case of 13 A in his hometown.I have Also filed 498 A in my hometown against him and a chargesheet is already filled on this.Also DV case is going on in my hometown.But now I am sick and tired of fighting and the cases.Please suggest what can be done.As my husband doesn't appear in most of the hearing and don't want it settle cases with amicable settlement.
