When I was a minor, my mother filed several court cases against my father, using me as an applicant too along with her. Obviously, since I was a minor, it was not my choice. I'm not a minor anymore and I want myself to be withdrawn from these court cases. Is this possible? I'm no longer in India and I don't live with her, so she doesn't really completely tell me what's going on with the cases and I have a fear that she might fake power of attorney on my behalf, if that's even possible. Is it possible for me to get removed from these cases at all? And if there is, what will I need to do.
