How To Separate Name From Land Record From Other 3 Brothers

My grandfather has 4 brothers including him. After his father's death they all divided lands equally. One of them separated his name and registered his name on his land. The other 3 still have the common and they haven't separated their names. My query is how to separate it because I want to separate my grandfather's name and want to put his name on land. Because when I check on bhulekh portal. When I enter khatauni and khasra number and check land. I still get the name linked. His father name : other three brother name. While when I check 3rd brother name who separated his names nd registered on their land I get his name only on land. How to separate it.
