My sister is married for 25 years. She has a son and a daughter, both are studying and adult. Her husband is a businessman. He has taken personal and bank loans, which he was not able to pay. People were coming to the house. One week before he left the house and family. His whereabouts are not known. Now people are coming to the house where my sister is staying. Please advise can she give notice in the newspaper so that people should not trouble her and children. Or please suggest some other way so that my sister and children can be saved from this loan liability. Thanks.

Bank has got the legal option to proceed legally for Recovery of the loan amount according to the process instead of harrasing the Family. Make a Complaint to the Local Administration requesting them to stop the illegal harrasment. Bank has got the right attach the property mortgaged for the advancement of Loan.
