my father has died in 2001.he has a property where we are lived before his death.. before his death he married another woman without give divorce to my mother..after his death we are changed to another house.. but that woman occupied our property..we don't have any documents regarding to that property.please advice me to get that property

This is my response to you: 1. Firstly send a legal notice; 2. If she is occupying the premises then file a police complaint for trespass against her; 3. The next step is to obtain succession certificate from district court; 4. Then you have to approach civil court and seek possession from her.
