Income Certificate

My parents are divorced in 2008 when I was 13. I have been living with my mother and have no contact with my father. Custody was not decided in court. Yet he has not paid alimony or any financial compensation. Now I have applied for income certification solely based on my mother's income. All my address proof is located to my father's father ie my grandfather's young brother's address. He is been my guardian. My father is neither in contact with them. And my own grandfather is dead. Should father be added to it? because I'm applying for the UPSC exam
