my friends father psassed away in dubai and his body was brought to india by his cousin where he was buried in pune city. he has a place ovet here but his relatives arent giving the paoers nor any of his documents. he is a muslim who married my friends mother in 1995 and my friend was born in 97 but they divorced in 2000. they were still in touch with each other but their marriage wasnt court registered nor was their divorce. how can his daughter get his flat

She may apply for legal heirship certificate, where the VAO is expected to enquire the facts and file report and tahsildhar has yo issue legal heir certificate, in accordance to that report.
