My sister-in-law claimed Section 377 on my brother, which is a false accusation. He had a love marriage and the marriage has been 13 years old, he also has a 10-year-old boy, my brother's bail petition was dismissed in district court. I applied for bail 1 month ago in High Court Allahabad, but the case has not been online till date. Can you suggest me what is the next step. I am very worried because my brother has been in jail for the last 2 months.

Dear Sir, Such false accusations are common and police unnecessarily bringing a break in family lives. You may engage a Senior Advocate first get bail and then go for quashing of entire FIR which is unwarranted against a married husband. Please give me rank after viewing my details.
