My married life not going well for me and staying in different city away from wife for the job. I have one child. It's been more than 2 years now. Thought of getting divorce do come in mind, but due to emotional regrets I couldn't proceed with that. Also impact of it on my child is also a big concern. The issue happened as I felt in love with another girl and still seeing her. I have question what if I decided to stay with her in different city? Would there be any legal consequences for me staying(live-in) with someone else than wife, as I'm not divorced yet? How shall I proceed to this?

If you want a divorce, you can obtain it even if there isn't, mutual consent. The divorce laws are different for all religion.
