It's my husband's evidence next and his Mother got the POA So now can she depose off the evidence as their lawyer has furnished an affidavit stating her name wherever his name was mentioned in the allegations and it's a contested divorce so he does not need to come down for his evidence. Every evidence that went by he was either sick or in hospital and now they asked for time and no one knows why exactly and secondly they have put all false allegations on me and my husband still calls and chats with me on WhatsApp saying he loves me and will cancel the case and marry me which he has not done till date. Suppose I want to bring my husband down what should I do as he's abroad and I don't want to deal with his mother as my husband has given me all false promises till date and I want one final conversation with him in open court so what can I do.

There are many matters in this. first, the mother can not depose in the place of son (husband). She can only represent for hearings. He have to come for stages for personal appearances. His sickness have to be recorded in court so it can be sent to his company for verification and then he can be held for those false claims.
