I am Manoj, my father has some house lands. On the partition point of view, we have four sons. My first brother has already occupied his portion of his Land, Then the second one Means (me) as per the law that should be mine. But 4th son has occupied my portion of Land. I want to take my portion of Land. So please sir you give me such a solid solution to overcome such an issue. How can I get my original portion of father's house Land?

,If the nomenclature of the property permits you should go for getting the property partitioned through Court by filing a Suit for Partition you will get an equal share out of the total property.
