My husband and his girlfriend (his colleague) cheated me. She used to pretend like a family friend. I realized she is fake, she is actually visiting because of my husband. I got to know all the facts when I saw their pics in my husband's mobile which were taken in my home. They used to live together in my home when I was at parents home for baby delivery. I caught my husband hiding their pics in a hidden folder. Recently, she got married. Even after her marriage, they both were in relation, I have proofs. She got to knew about it and stopped talking to me, I tried calling her to ask why did she cheat me, she blocked me in all possible ways. Now she left the office and city with her husband, however, her parents stay nearby to my place. I m going thru a very hard time, I do not want to take any divorce from my husband and spoil my kid's future. I have the confidence of making him realize what he has done and correct him. Can I take any legal action on her, with the proofs that I have?

Proving Adultery is like proving a Murder case. unless you have pictures or Video of your Husband and that girl Intercourse you cannot prove the case . Even if you have pictures of both kissing together will not amount to Adultery. My personal advice is dont do it. You will the case.
