My father is a drunkard and he always fights with my mother, he has left his job 25 years ago and during that time only we bought land on which now I and my brother are building own house, is it possible to get my father out of that house permanently because his repeated abusive words against us and my mother is not stopping, I want to know if there is legal action we can take against him to stop him from entering our house, the house is on my mother's name.

Better talk with your father. He may understand if you all sit together and respectfully talk with him. He may be waiting for your initiative. After all he is your father. Please think before initiating any legal action.
