Wife, Daughter, 2 sons.. Each get equal i.e. 1/4 th share.. grandchildren will gets share only when their father/mother died.. for further assistance plz book for consultation
Acc to Hindu Succession Act, when one dies intestate, the legal heirs shall comprise of the wife, 2 sons and daughter, since they constitute the Class I heirs.

Heir means any person, male or female, who is entitled to succeed to the property of an intestate Son, Daughter, Widow Mother Son of a pre-deceased son Daughter of a pre-deceased son Son of a pre-deceased daughter Daughter of a pre-deceased daughter Widow of a pre-deceased son Son of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son Daughter of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son Widow of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son. The inheritance of the property shall take simultaneously and to the exclusion of all other heirs. If there is no heir of class I, then the property goes to the heirs, being the relatives specified in class II of the Schedule of Indian Succession Act. Class II: Father. Son’s daughter’s son, son’s daughter’s daughter, brother, sister. Daughter’s son’s son, daughter’s son’s daughter, daughter’s daughter’s son, daughter’s daughter’s daughter. Brother’s son, sister’s son, brother’s daughter, sister’s daughter. Father’s father father’s mother. Father’s widow brother’s widow. Father’s brother father’s sister. Mother’s father mother’s mother. Mother’s brother mother’s sister. Legal heir of a female Hindu Here is a list of legal heir of a female Hindu under the succession law. Any property inherited by a female Hindu from her father or mother devolves, in the absence of any son or daughter of the deceased (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) upon the heirs of the father. Any property inherited by a female Hindu from her husband or from her father-in-law devolves, in the absence of any son or daughter of the deceased (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) upon the heirs of the husband.
Hi, Generally, wife, sons and daughters are class 1 heirs and a grandchild does not have any birth right in the self- acquired property of his grandfather if it has been allotted to his father in a family partition in his capacity as legal heir and not as a coparcener under the Hindu Succession Act 1956. In a broader sense whole of the proginy is the legal heirs of the deceased depending upon the degree. Wife and Sons are Class One legal heirs whereas all others are Class Two and Class Three Legal heirs according to their relationship with the deceased.
