My uncle has 4 sisters & now having dispute over house property. All 4 sisters are married. Both of grandfather & grandmother are no more, Grandfather died in 1990 & grandmother died in 2006. My uncle has not transferred the house to his name, its still under the name of grandparents. All 4 sisters of my uncle are now claiming the portion in the house. Please guide me is it possible for them to get the share legally . Is there any way to stop this request legally . Thanks.

dear client, if your uncle has made a will in which he has mentioned that the daughters will get their shares in the property then they will get it legally otherwise not.
