Mutual Agreement

Hi, Divorce out of court by a settlement is not valid in India, if your marriage is solemnized in India or your last residing were in India then you have to get order and decree from a competent court in India. You both have to give a joint petition before the court to end the marriage mutually. You both have to agree and draft the contents of MOU which has to be presented before the court with the petition. MOU will also contains the details regarding the settlement money.
