My Father Is Creating Problem At Home

Hello All I am looking for a solution what IPC says about father and son relation when a father(drunk) creating problem to mother and to me and my wife. here is the problem, my father is 62 years old and my mother is 60 years old. He started drinking alcohol since my childhood now I am 32 and I am a married guy.because of him we are stressed and I am unable to focus on my work even he keeps scolding my mother and her brothers, My brother-in-law with no reason. from 2006 to 2013 I stayed away from home due to my education and job.in the year 2013 I settled in another city. in 2013 father and mother shifted to my place and I am taking care about them. I am got married in 2016. but my father never stops the nuisance still continues. we have a house in the village on my mother's name now he wanted to sell and threatening my mother. his motto is clear he wants to drink and he will Rome on the roads.he is not working after shifted to my place, by profession he is a tailor.he is keep saying he will leave my place but he never do that.he will go to village and stays there for a week he will drink and enjoy with his brother and come back to my place and he will start the torture.there is no end for that since years. I am completely vexed with this i can't leave my mom alone i know her struggle from my childhood. even i cant ran away from the problem with my wife. So my intention is clear I want to do something settle the things down to lead my life happily. looking for a solution what kind of actions I can take on him legally I come to the conclusion he can't change.I don't know my mother will come out and support me in this, as a son what I can do. this is my question. please help me out with the right solution Thanks in advance
