i want to adopt a baby..and parents from.whom i am adopting the child is reddy,but mother does not.have any id proof..no record..her husband has id proof..and i want to complete the legal procedure.ASAP.plz guide..

whomsoever it may be, they can get Aadhar... Mother identity is mandatory.. However Registrar may suggest some other procedure try them..
