My mother has been provided maintenance by the Lower court but my father has not paid maintenance for 4 months of 6000. She lives on rent and has no income source. What can be done in such a scenario. The reason given by the father is due to the ongoing covid pandemic he wouldn't be able to pay monthly maintenance. We don't have any income proof apart from registration of his purchased properties.

file execution there will be conditional warrant and he will have to deposit the amount otherwise court will send him to jail
