Parents Fight

My father and mother is government employees. My father is Inspector and mother is Health nurse now she gave VRS. So by their earning they built the house commonly for my father's family. My father has two brothers ,one elder and younger both are uneducated people and they were working in some mill company with not much income. Only land belongs to my father family. Money invested for constructing the house is fully based on my parents income. Later by the behaviors of family and money moto My father family created so many problems and we shifted from there to rented house. Then again affect some years of saving my mother insists father to get land and build house for us. That time his elder brother was jobless so my father thought to start a security company as both of my parents are government employee he wished to started the company in the name his elder brother so arguement went on and at end my father convinced my mother to started with the amount that my mom have. Starting so much losses there won't be money to give salary for the employees so at that time also my parents put their income and managed somehow. Later on it got to picked up then younger brother becomes job less then he also came into this business now all the income from the company is shared commonly . My father convinced my mother that he will return the money invested through the profit and build the house but he didn't true to his words at last my mother's got fed up and kept the jewels and registered the land. With so many fights she pulled my father for building the house. Now for my marriage she is trying to get back all the invested amount from them. Even if the people are genuine we can do for them whatever they want but they are disrespecting my mother. After seeing Money they started to play game by keeping our father in their hand. my father also became like he want his family not us. he is not caring about us. As my mother asked to change ownership to my name as I'm come 20 age old. My father left us for one month ams went to his family. when I went to call him even after seeing my crying he was not convinced to come with me. So his friend is lawyer he came and told my mother like shouldn't ask company if you ask he told he will get divorce from you. For my sake my mother told that she won't ask about it after that only my father came to us. Day by day it is going so vigorous my father got so attached to his family even he started to think he don't want us.Letting them to take ownership and they are ruling now. They are coolly saying that though didn't give any money it's all our money we can't give you anything. For all this my father is also supportive to them. My father is alcoholic so for my marg my mom trying to save amount and insists him also to save his salary. Till now he is giving his money. So always fights and arguement are going on. my father blackmail like I will suicide and write a letter that my mother is reason for it and put her in jail. After he drinks he talks soo badly even he won't think I'm also there. very rude behavior. he keep on saying to my mother that you don't have any proof to put me in jail. My mother lost her all money and tring to safeguard me. What type of action I can take on my father legally or legally how to warn him to not give mental torture to my mother daily and for emotional blackmail.
