Engineer wife deserted house in 2007. She filed for maint. u/s 125 CrPC in year 2013 for her and son who will be 18 this year. She also filed for divorce in 2014 for cruelty. She is showing resigned from her job in year 2017. I am opposing divorce and requesting for cohabitation and filed for child custody in 2015. I am acquitted in 498A case. Will I have to pay maint. in 125crpc for child and for what period ?
