Asked in Family
Dear ma'am, In India even in Prenuptial agreements are not valid, so I doubt that post nuptial agreements have any valid in the eyes of law. However, if you want to safeguard your interests from inlaws, then firstly you shall start gathering documnets and evidence in advance that protect your stance. Keep all your information confidential and take the support of the family and extended relative so that they can jump in and help you in case things go wrong in future. The best way would be to avoid conflict and be more vigilant because in the court of law, evidence and witnesses alone will decide the verdict. Thank you
You have to contest the Case and it depends upon the ingredients and contents of the complaints for taking steps for the safeguards. Consult your Local Lawyer for the appropriate remedy.
