    1) Counter FIR depends on your allegation and case, but normally no purpose will serve other than mutual compromise.. 2) Nowadays there are many directions from Supreme court not to harass any in-laws.. hence don't worry a lot.. You can file a Quash petition before High court and there are many chances that others (except you) will be discharged from case..

    You have already filed a divorce case in the concerned court. After receiving summon frm the court she filed a FIR against you. Was she sleeping for the past 1 year or was simply waiting for you to take a step ahead. Your matter is complicated. Better is persons mentioned in the FIR should be bailed out first.
