Regarding Getting TRANSFER Certificate From School

Me and My wife are not in terms. My child is studying in SAN ACADEMY. During the time of admission, my wife has signed in the admission form. But we have PAID a huge amount as donation. Now my wife is intending to get TC without my concurrence. I had put a mail to school that TC ought not to be given without my concurrence and school has responded that since my wife has signed in the admission form, TC will be issued. Is there any way to stop SCHOOL from giving TC of my son against my wife's application seeking TC. Kindly guide.
