Regarding Love Issue With Physical Relationship

I was in a loving relationship with a girl for over 2 years, and we were physically involved. Last year, due to an accident, I became disabled and decided to end the relationship for her benefit. To make her leave me, I staged a drama using her mobile to send false messages to myself, making it seem like I was talking to another girl. Despite this, she forgave me, and we got engaged in a temple with a ring exchange. Later, due to my critical health, I left her again to avoid burdening her. Now that my health has recovered, I want to reconnect, but she claims I was in an illegal relationship based on the staged messages. I can prove both numbers (hers and the “other girl’s”) are mine, registered under my Aadhaar. I never cheated and only acted out of concern for her future. I seek legal guidance to prove my innocence and win her trust back. Legally I want to get back and proof that I'm not in any relationship during this breakup time also I'm not get into any relationship.
