Regarding Maintenance To Wife

Onus of proof that she is earning Rs*Phone*is upon the husband, other wise husband is liable to pay maintenance. However, in case the husband succeeds to prove that he is not earning any thing and his wife is earning Rs. 21,000/- then he may claim maintenance under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955.

if you can prove that she is earning RS 21,000/- and if you prove that u do not earn anything then no maintenance will be granted, further if it is divorce petition then under section 24 you can file application for maintenance from her.
