I am from India (Karnataka) and currently staying with my wife in Saudi Araba. We are married for 15 years without any kids. We are planning to adopt 2-Year old baby girl of my wife cousin with everyone’s consent. Kindly advise me the procedure and time frame for the entire process. No documentation has been done yet. Dear sir, You shall know that Muslim laws do not allow adoption . however you can be the guardian of the child by filling all forms and submitting the required documents and after the verification process. It is suggested that you hire an expert lawyer in this regard so as to ensure that your rights as a guardian are protected. Thank you
