Section 498, 498A, 124,125, Domestic Violence, 406

I was married on 28/04/2018 with J**********l and after few days she refuses to stay with me and went to her home. On mutual discussion held with our neighbors and relatives, I went to take her back three times but she stayed one or two day with me and again call her parents and went back with them. Each time they said please keep my daughter correct and well manner. We convince them we doing best as per society standard, again she went in May 2018 and lived continuously for 5 months, in this period she had blocked all our contacts, now before Diwali 2018, she returned with me and stayed again two days only but this time she (Jyoti) called her parents and family members, and threaten me to book this house in her name otherwise I(Jyoti) ruined your life. and collected all of her and our side gave jewelry and my saving (FD matured of 80000 and rest are saving) of 150000/-that was kept in her Elmirah for wardrobe for my newly made home. I presented photographs of jewelry that she weared on Diwali to I.O. I presented her Facebook chatting for last five years of her boy friends to IO. I had video footage of household material that she collected on her return. In meanwhile I filed petition of section 9, and submit FIR of stole cash and jewelry (our side and her side) & household things with nearest police station on November 2018. In January 2019 she filed FIR of 498, 498A,124 & 125, DV, 406 act against for me and my sister and parents and asking for 10.00 lakh for mutual closure of case. In 8 days of married life no body beat to newly wife. She admit that she is not ready to live with me in police assess and council meetings. Police has recovered all goods( furniture & household things) that were given to us in marriage and she signed the documents of receiving, but after few days she filed again petition 406 for rest goods. Right now my company has shifted in Gurgaon, and they advised us to shift over there otherwise you have to resign. I am not in condition to leave my aged parents in this situation. My job is about in danger till final notice. Now in Sept 2019 she filed petition 124 &125 to pay maintenance. I am earning 26616 (cash in hand), and she is asking 20000 per month as a maintenance and 500 per day court trip from home to court. and 20000 per month for legal procedure of the case. She was earning before marriage (Appox.10000/- in automobile company) and now she left the job, and she was keen interested in chatting with boys friends and i have proof of face book chatting before the marriage. i don't have proof of face book chatting after the marriage because she has deleted the recent chat. Is there any ground court can decline her request of maintenance or investigate her last job. Is I am liable to pay her that much amount. Or any other way through I can pay her minimum or nothing. Because she is fraud, she deserves nothing. one more query is still in mind that i had a Nano car that was purchased( second hand purchase) by brother in law when he comes from Bombay he used it for his personal use and RC is i the my name should i transfer the possession of car in his name.
