Senior citizen are also entitled to live dignified lives. They may apply for revocation of Gift Deed. They can't be left behind for dying without support of family members who got executed Gift Deed and then thrown them out. This is held by Hon'ble various High Courts.

The legal points cannot be normally looked by quasi judicial authorities such gift deeds will be cancelled and the aggrieved party has to approach High Court.
