Your divorce case contested because you are asking your marriage expenses from your husband but you don't want alimony from him so you can go with your true facts and disclose your salary and claim your marriage expenses
Of course, you must share the salary and ask for maintenance and alimony too along with the Marriage expenses. It is your spouse's obligation.
Dear Client You should disclose your original income and discuss with your lawyer by phone or meeting for further assistance book a consultation and rate me if you find my answer helpful
In matrimonial cases both the parties are mandatory to submit their income affidavit and disclose their income and on that basis only the monthly maintenance is granted by the court. In your case since you are not demanding any kind of alimony then it's better to settle the matter outside the court and draft a settlement agreement because according to the SC judgement court will definitely ask for both the income affidavits. I would also suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
Dear client you can go ahead and disclose your real salary moreover in order to recovered the expenses that has been incurred during the marriage you have to file for the recovery of money suit
For expenses you have to file seperate money recovery suit.. As you can show your real income that will not effect your alimony..
