Senior citizens who are ill-treated by their son, daughter or by any children can be evicted from their home or property. The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 provides provisions to give relief to the senior citizen if they are abused or ill-treated by their children. Aggrieved parents could approach police to file a criminal complaint. Move to court and file a case for his eviction
