Except accused any other person can be surety. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you.
Surety is just a person to assure and would stand as guarantee to vouchsafe the interest of the court that the accused would attend the court under every circumstance unless the Court orders otherwise. The surety does not stand as a umpire for the future disputes Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
surity is just responsible for him that he will attend the court proceedings as and when required
A surety is someone who agrees to supervise an accused person while they're released into the community on bail waiting for their criminal matter to be resolved in court. Usually this is a friend or relative. The following are duties and liabilities of the surety 1) be able to attend court to sign the bail 2) not be involved in the offence the person has been charged with not have any outstanding criminal charges 3) be able to monitor the accused to make sure they are complying with conditions of release 4) be willing to report a breach if one occurs 5) have some financial asset(s) you can pledge to the court as security I hope all your doubts get cleared. In case of any further consultancy please get in touch with me and please review my profile and rank 5 star points to me.
