Dear sir, first explain your situation clearly to your wife and you both come to an understanding that you don't disturb her for a period of one year and take her assurance that she is not disturbing you for the period of one year but all of sudden you leaving the house she file missing complaint against you.

If you go out of the city then your wife will surely file an application under sec 9 of HMA for restitution of conjugal rights to call you back
