We both married on 2019, March 8th. We are working in Coimbatore IT company. She has money mind, she's not spending her salary to our home. she sent to her parent for marriage loan due. I only spend money for home, expenses and car loan which was taken for her. She blocked me in phone calls and social medias. I tried to contact her by her parents. During this time she brought a boy baby, she's not allowing us to see him. I decided sent a private notice like I want to live with her after 1 yr from when she was left me. She put notice against that put lot of complaint and she's ready to come with me on Feb '21. Then I take care on given date, after came to my home were parent also staying because covid reason. After 1 week again she went to her home town. Then I sent official notice as HMOP as want to live with her from my salem court. For that counter petition as TR CMP at MD High court, I have to be there on the hearing date. What to do further from my side. Can anyone help me plz

Dear Sir If you do not engage any advocate it will be transferred as per the wishes of your wife and even if you engage advocate it will be transferred. Better you keep quiet.

Hi, As you have already taken to the legal course by sending her legal notice, you have to give some time to ensure that the proper legal remedies are exhausted. You can at the max reach out to her family or legal counsel and ensure that you meet each other before the Hon Court to ensure that the disputes are resolved. There is however, another recourse through Alternative Dispute Resolution that is out of court arrangement. Kindly talk to your wife, discuss whether you want to separate and the discuss regarding the custody of the new born child. Thank you.
