After an issue/argument happened on My baby's 21st-day celebration, My wife and parents are not allowing me to see my baby, they aren't picking the call, locking the door when I visit there house. Its been 1 year 9 months that I and my wife got separated Is there any legal way I can see my baby without hassle. ps: I don't have a plan to get divorced.

Very correct that your sentiments are hurt. But it is not that grave a problem. To begin with you can send a legal notice and then file a Petition for visitation rights to meet the child.
