We have been married for 10+ years. There are several fights/misunderstandings are happening with my wife in the last few years. Now my wife is so much stubborn that she wants to separate. It's been more than 2 months, she is denying even to talk to me. Even if I try to call 100 times a day, she never takes the call / message me. But she has not blocked my number. My questions are 1) Does calling many times a day comes under mental harassment. 2) I am planning to visit them in a month or 2 to sort out the issue. What if she doesn't allow me to enter the house. 3) Can she give a police complaint against me, not visit to her house. 4) I am not sure whether she has already proceeded with the separation things / gave a complaint to the police. 5) Can I deny for the separation process. 6) Does the court consider this 1 year job constraint as separated for 1 year due to family issues. Very tricky situation I am in. Please guide what to do with my situation

She is your legally wedded wife you have right to approach her and call her any number of times. Better it would be to get a common man involved in the matter for getting it resolved properly. Your apprehension is right she can go for Separation and you have legal right to resist the issue by contesting the case. You continue Your endeavour to visit her time and again for your purpose. She can approach to Police also if she is ill-advised by someone. Your whole issue can only be resolved by negotiations.
